Red Riding Hood
In a small village during the 13th century, many sacrifices have been made to protect its people. Protect them from what, you ask? None other than the malevolent werewolves that have been terrorizing the village for nearly two decades. No one knows exactly who they are. People have tried to track them, but they never returned.Sacrifices are made once every three months, only during the full moon. The victim must go alone and leave just before midnight, wearing only a white cloak. In the morning, the village leader goes to the entrance of the village. What is to be expected to be there is the white cloak. Except now its colored red from the blood of the victim. Thats how they know the sacrifice has been accepted. If a sacrifice is rejected, the body was returned, decapitated instead of eaten by the wolves. Also as punishment for bringing a bad sacrifice, a curse was put in place until a better sacrifice was offered. The curse brought famine, disease, harsh weather and pest infestations. Sometimes, if it took to long to get a good sacrifice, the wolves would come and steal whoever they loke during the night. If that happened, the next sacrifice would have to be a family member of the stolen person.Parents didnt care if they were losing their children anymore. Lovers didnt care if they lost their partners. It was all about survival now. ForewordIf you can think of a better title, let me know because Im bad at making titles >.< Ill credit you!
