I do love stories really related with heart issues, not that I am obssesed with it but I watched alot related about them and this is my first major HaeHyuk /Eunhae pairing. I have get this idea in one of the movie i watched. Lee Donghae is a carefree person who loves the attention that he gets. However, he takes many things for granted but changes when he gets a heart problem and doctors say that only a heart transplant can save his life. Donghae gets a heart transplant after finding out that a guy who met an accident is a heart donor. This guy is the ex-boyfriend of Lee Hyukjae or "Eunhyuk" as called byy his friends who went to the States. Two years after the transplant, Donghae comes back to the Korea and meets Eunhyuk. He sees that Donghae and her ex-boyfriend are opposites but gives him a chance.
